This insurance company is nothing but a big sham scam any other negative thing you can think about. I had an incident that took place back in 2021. I still haven't had my car repaired. I ended up with Topa Insurance because I applied through Go insurance. When using them, I had no problems. I’d never been in an accident, and I made one claim and it was filed quickly. Unfortunately, two weeks ago I had to cancel my policy and I have yet to receive my refund from my unused premium. I have contacted them multiple times, and when they finally got back to me, the agent was rude and told me that my refund had never been “initiated” in their system. I still haven’t received it.
