I never write reviews but I feel the need to as I had an incredibly poor experience with this company after I hired them for a deep clean/pre-sale clean. I paid over $900 for what was supposed to be a deep clean of my home before it hits the market, which included extras such as window tracks, spot cleaning walls and the oven add-on ($75), among other things. We just had our Kanata house cleaned before we are moving in, and we want to recommend Top 2 Bottom to any of you who are looking for a cleaning service. Everything worked as expected: The availability, the communication, the agreement, the team's arrival, the team's work, the teams kind attitude.. Been using them for months now and always incredible, speedy, efficient service. Also love when they add a little Easter egg of charm (especially in my sons room). Always happy to share a great review and refer any time I can.
