Exceptional service and attention to detail! Truly every inch of my home was touched. I also had an opportunity to see their 100% satisfaction guarantee in action. The deep clean resulted in a few teams on-site and a miscommunication occurred on the shower floor being fully complete. I reached out to Amanda to share this feedback and she arranged for a team member to return the following day. Excited to continue to work with the T2B team to keep my house sparkling!Â
Great friendly staff. Incredible attention to details, with added flourishes (fold a towel to look like a teddy bear, rose design on the toilet paper roll). Wasn't expecting some of items were moved, but guess that was to make the areas look extra nice. Looking forward to our next cleaning!Â
