I was very pleased with Top2bottom cleaning service. From initial contact with Cassandra to completion of the deep clean, I was impressed with the quality of service: punctual, helpful, respectful and a very thorough deep cleaning. I was so pleased I am signing up for regular maintenance cleaning!Â

Top2Bottom moved quickly to make themselves available for a last minute clean to facilitate a home closing for clients. They were quick and responsive, arrived when they said they would, and the home was left perfectly clean which helped facilitate the successful closing. Very grateful for their quick communication and efficient service. I met the cleaners at the home and everybody was very friendly and extremely professional. Highly recommend!Â
We are very happy with the service. We used them before and after Covid. At first, I thought the post Covid rate was high. But, frankly, it’s not. It’s just the going rate and the service is second to none. It’s a tough job but the staff are lovely and professional.Â
Cleaners arrived on time (4 initially!) and did a great job with my place - everything well done except for my oven (for which I had paid extra). The window still looked a bit grimy so I gave it a wipe - perhaps they just missed it?? Wouldn’t preclude me from using them again, just maybe not another oven cleaning.Â
