Worst massage I have ever gotten. The woman had absolutely no idea what she was doing, she just rubbed my body randomly until I actually asked her to stop. Worst experience I've ever had in a massage parlor, by far.

The massage felt more like really rough rubbing. Painful and stressful! And therapists were talking to each other during the massage.
They need to work on their reservations system. I booked online through the website, got a confirmation and reminders but when I arrived there was no reservation. I showed them our confirmation emails but they were not interested in looking at them and figuring out what happened. Just kept showing me their blank screen like it was our mistake.
