The massage felt more like really rough rubbing. Painful and stressful! And therapists were talking to each other during the massage.
They need to work on their reservations system. I booked online through the website, got a confirmation and reminders but when I arrived there was no reservation. I showed them our confirmation emails but they were not interested in looking at them and figuring out what happened. Just kept showing me their blank screen like it was our mistake.
The massage was good but when I showed up on time the owner didn’t know I had an appointment so they made me wait 30 minutes until someone was free. I booked through ClassPass. The place is small and very bare bones mom and pop shop. You can hear other massages happening during your massage because it’s just sheets separating each room. Sometimes the therapists talk to each other towards the end of the massage probably to check on how much longer they have so they can schedule more walks ins. Best massage I’ve ever had
Worst massage of my life avoid at all costs .. started with a female masseuse they had a man masseuse barge in with no warning and take over .. all the masseuses talking amongst themselves laughing .. way better places
