Run from this store. I went in based on my conversation wwith customer service. I was greeted by a you man named Henery. He began to tell me the only way the program worked and I stated that customer service said differently. He then got loud with me and I ask for a manager. The manager and everyone in the store stared when Henery was loud with me and I simply ask while Henery was whispering to him did you hear him yell. I recently cancelled all of my Verizon services, Wireless and Fios due to overpricing. I was sent to this store by the Verizon representative who processed my cancellation to return the Fios equipment because it is a "Corporate Store". When I got there before I even opened my mouth, I guess they saw the equipment in the bag. A little bug eyed Manager said we do not take it here "this is a wireless store". I went to the Verizon store in salina kansas on 9th St today hoping to get some answers as to why my phone was not working properly. The guy who helped me also had the manager helping him try and figure out what was wrong and how they could help me upgrade to a new phone and plan. They could not figure it out. they both acted like they did not know what to do. Go to other Verizon., make sure it's a corp store. the person that help me was a scammer. I asked if the store was a corp store. She just laughed. I was told that I only had to pay $5.00 and some change more per month. I asked about the upgrade charge on the phone. She said it was included. I received my bill, I was charged. She also told me that all my information transfer to my new phone. My calendar information did not transfer which was very important. Was lost. Upgraded to latest iPhone 16 Pro Max on 6/11/25. Marcus was extremely patient and efficient as usual. We upgraded two phones last year with his assistance. Returned today as I had issues with an incomplete transfer. Kevin spent 2 hours updating and completing the necessary steps to move everything to the new phone. Problem was with the VPN. Avoid this Verizon store!  The Verizon Rep at this location named Chance and his manager (female, name not provided to me) are the most unprofessional and unethical in the business.  So much so I just filed an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau against these two individuals and this store.  Buyer Beware!

In September of 2023, we began phone and internet services with Verizon Wireless. We lived on a budget and our bill could not exceed $179. My late husband and I brought our phones (purchased elsewhere), but used their internet box. At that time, there was a promotion in the amount of $800 credit if a paid phone was turned in and I paid $700 up front. We turned in an iPhone 13 with 512 GB to receive and iPhone 14 with 512 GB. Absolutely toxic people and process. In my 72 yrs as a consumer, I have never dealt with such disgusting people. I bought a Fjords Helsinki chair from a Petaluma shop called Roe and Co. several months ago. We bought it on the sale at 20% and were very excited to bring to our home. We paid the 50% deposit and were notified the chair could be picked up assembled or in two boxes.
