THE BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT: I normally would not leave a review unless it was positive. However, after dealing with Top Villas Customer Service from the day we checked in, Wednesday, 2/11 through the time we checked out, Sunday, 2/15, I felt it necessary to share our experience. We booked the Reunion 9000 home and paid the extra in advance as required, for the pool & spa to be heated (THE BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT).
