Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a vacation rental. I booked my villa 5 months in advance because I had friends and family flying in from outside the U.S. and wanted everything to be perfect. Two days before check-in, I received a call saying my reservation was canceled due to “construction.” They suggested other villas, but none were comparable to what I originally booked. 4508 Target Boulevard We rented this place the first week of August. This rental was dirty, the furniture was badly damaged, stained, taped together, or missing completely. The photos do not accurately show what the rental looks like. After hours of dealing with Top Villas trying to get replacement linens, we were still missing linens for an entire bedroom (3 double beds) and we had no hand towels.
