4508 Target Boulevard We rented this place the first week of August. This rental was dirty, the furniture was badly damaged, stained, taped together, or missing completely. The photos do not accurately show what the rental looks like. After hours of dealing with Top Villas trying to get replacement linens, we were still missing linens for an entire bedroom (3 double beds) and we had no hand towels. Terrible Experience – Locked Out and Ignored Absolutely awful experience with Top Villas. The door code we were given did not work, and no one was answering the phones despite multiple calls. After finally getting someone on the line over 30 minutes later, they were completely unhelpful and didn’t seem to care that we were still stuck outside the home with our bags and family in tow. Horrible customer service. We changed the reservation times way in advanced and they did not update this in the system. We drove 13 hours just to be locked out and no one is available to help us. At least have one person available for after hours for cases like this. This place needs people on their team with common sense and not just running home after work and not caring about the guests. This ruined our vacation!!!! Will never book with this company ever again.
This is a full review of our stay in Orlando for the 4th of July weekend: Upon arrival, (July 3rd) we dropped our luggage at the door and headed directly to the grocery store to beat the rain. When we returned and began putting items away, we turned the sink on and it was extremely loose.
