Horrible customer service. We changed the reservation times way in advanced and they did not update this in the system. We drove 13 hours just to be locked out and no one is available to help us. At least have one person available for after hours for cases like this. This place needs people on their team with common sense and not just running home after work and not caring about the guests. This ruined our vacation!!!! Will never book with this company ever again.
This is a full review of our stay in Orlando for the 4th of July weekend: Upon arrival, (July 3rd) we dropped our luggage at the door and headed directly to the grocery store to beat the rain. Rental on Maidstone Court! Only giving one star cause it’s the lowest option available. Zero star rating would suffice for the negative 10 s if possible. Worst vacation home we’ve ever stayed in. Where do I start? The door lock did not work at all. Pool was green upon arrival. Notified property management & ppl show up next day to shock pool on property without notification. I don’t recommend To stay in Bella Vida property in Orlando. Rooms are horrible condition showers flooded you can’t take a shower we have to clean shower rooms . Outdoor pool was full with small rocks kids had open wounds . Booked through Top Villas agency really disappointed!!! Poor customer service I won’t recommend working with this company!!!!
The worst!!!!!!! Horrible customer service!!!! My family reserved a large villa and paid over $10,000 for our holiday vacation and the BBQ that is outside is not provided with gas!!! They give you this huge villa to fit a few family’s and one tiny refrigerator. I paid EXTRA to have an extra fridge upon arrival and there was NO fridge all our meat and fish we brought went to the garbage. They ruined our vacation!!! I will never recommend them!!!
