The worst!!!!!!! Horrible customer service!!!! My family reserved a large villa and paid over $10,000 for our holiday vacation and the BBQ that is outside is not provided with gas!!! They give you this huge villa to fit a few family’s and one tiny refrigerator. I paid EXTRA to have an extra fridge upon arrival and there was NO fridge all our meat and fish we brought went to the garbage. They ruined our vacation!!! I will never recommend them!!!

I typically do not leave reviews. Do not book with this company. Read on if you would like some detail. I've stayed at a good number of vacation rentals. This experience was hands down the WORST I've ever had. We paid for early check in (10am) and late check out (all day- paid for an extra night to be able to stay as late as possible). We arrived after 11am with our party of ten including children and a pregnant woman. We couldn't get in the house. I called top villas and they couldn't help. We waited. Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star, if you’re looking to book a vacation rental in Florida, LOOK ELSEWHERE!! Where to even start.. AWFUL customer service, we commuted 20 hours to stay here. Upon arrival, which was 3:30pm (check in stated 4) we could not open the door. I called customer service and they said check in was not til 4, but they would call the property Manager and ask well he denied our early request mind you this was half an hour as they had said they had a late check out and the cleaners were there. Trash! Roaches everywhere, the fans do not work and also the televisions! Imagine traveling from New York to Florida thinking that you will get rest and relaxation and you turn off the kitchen lights and roaches comes out to dance upon the floor. Imagine wanting to enjoy television and there is no internet and the app have to be updated, bogus! We stayed at the Windsor at Westside 1207. There were many issues with the property. The house was DIRTY. The kitchen pots and pans had food from the previous stay, the theater had crumbs all over the chairs and wrappers from the previous guests. Our biggest complaint was we paid for the pool to be heated. When we arrived the pool and hot tub were cold. We called multiple times and spoke to someone who said they would send someone out that day. Well that never happened, we called and emailed for 3 days. Finally we got it fix... read more
