Storage unit is nice 👍🏽 however charging on the 1st of the month when people have mortgage and rent due is not cool at all I have been to other storage facilities that allow you to change your due dates to be more accommodating for the customers but if you rent from here you only get a 5 day grace period before you get a late fee I rather continue to pay $125 for my garage with a late fee of $25 after the 10th day of the month not within 5 days of the beginning of the month if you can afford then by all means rent here but... read more

This Top Value Storage is great on all counts. Sharmayne is friendly, efficient and always a step ahead in making sure the operation runs smoothly. She makes the entire process seamless and totally customer-friendly - something that is increasingly rare these days. This was my second year here and I plan to be back. Highly recommend!
