My neighbor gets his lawn serviced by this company. I have asked once already to the owner that the company does not use my yard for their equipment. Today again 7/2/25 I asked the technician performing the service to not use my yard and was told that he can use my yard if he needs to and doesn’t care. Rude and unprofessional. If this was my business and an employee talked to someone in the field in this manner I would be highly upset. Top Turf is a great company. Our lawn looks great every year with Dan providing us with great weed control and fertilizing treatments. Would highly recommend him to everyone.
Told me to get a soil test. Paid for a soil test and sent him results. Said he’d respond in two days. A month later, after numerous unanswered voicemails, was able to get a text response telling me to go with someone else. This after being a faithfully paying customer for 5 years.
Reached out to them three weeks ago.Exchanged some emails and a couple of phone calls. Gave them the go-ahead on the 15th of April to do a weed treatment. Im still waiting. Not upset. Just thinking they're too busy. Wish there was better follow up.
I called 5 different lawn companies. They all gave me estimates. Top turf was only one who asked what I wanted to do. All the others told me what they wanted to do. They also had best price. I look forward to working with them.
