Dean has transformed our lawn from being continually burnt out with all kinds of weeds and a few bare spots to literally a golf course quality lawn. It is thick, healthy and weed free. He was realistic when we started working with him and he said it would take about 3 summers to really see the results. He was smart to set expectations - I think people expect instant improvement. He was right. This is summer #3 and it is amazing. I highly recommend Dean and Top Turf.
