From the install at our home to a shade failure at a daughter’s business, Claire, Susan, Mark and Ryan have been excellent and gone the extra mile to help us have what we wanted and needed. Our initial installation required quite a bit of fiddle factor that necessitated re-engineering the original shade. Mark spent quite some time on it even though he didn’t have to.
