We LOVE our 24” wide alternating tread stairway. Space in our small cabin was at a premium. I sent Clyde measurements and he send back two alternatives in a 3D model for us to choose from. We went with a straight stairway with a landing on top. It was a super simple installation by myself and a helper. We initially were going to paint the stringers and stain the treads. In the end we stained the whole thing. Looks beautiful.
We had a wonderful experience working with Clyde on a modern geometric ladder for a loft. He made it super easy with his paperwork to accurately measure the opening/space so we could add this ladder. The ladder is very sturdy and has been great for our kids. We painted it our selves and added a tread grip to the steps. I had Top Tread install a stairway for my second story addition in 2023. Not only did they provide the lowest bid, but they were the most professional contractor I dealt with on my large addition. Their work was flawless. Mike showed up on time and completed work promptly. Mike suggested and was willing to delay the installation of prepainted ballusters which saved me about $500 on painting and resulted in a better product.
