Work performed was acceptable, the problem is in the sales/administration of the company. Salesman misrepresented the total cost to me, and stuck me with an unexpected $473.54 bill for the work. Management then gaslit me on the conversation i had with the salesman, and threatened to attach interest on that money, and somehow bill me for the money that the grant covered. Company was very responsive to all my questions and scheduling. The workers arrived on time and where very respectful of my house and yard. They did a very good job cleaning up after the job was completed. The job was done fast and to high quality, overall a very positive experience would highly recommend.
Yesterday I had top trade attic and Insulation come and bring my attic insulation up to code and rid the attic of mould as well as increase air circulation so the mould would not grow back. The insulation installers were professional, respectful, helpful, and super friendly. They were done in a timely manner they were able to get a two day job done in One with more installers on site.
