Their rep - Sam - was straight forward and honest. We surveyed the attic and crawlspace, came up with a plan - complete with photos - for the work needed in order to bring the insulation up to snuff. Work was done on time, and to the agreed budget. During the heat wave, the new insulation kept the house much cooler. So I'm looking forward to a much warmer house this winter. Highly recommend the company.
