In our climate we deal with extreme heat in attic in the summer months to very high levels of moisture in the Winter months. This can create all kinds of difficulty if the insulation and ventilation are not maintained properly. We also can have issues with rodents; poorly vented bathroom, kitchen and laundry exhaust.

The team from Top Trade who removed all the mold from our attic were on time, professional and thorough. They removed every speck of mold from our attic, retaped the vents and made sure the existing insulation was smooth and fluffed up. Once they were finished, they provided us with a concise description of what they had done. They took before and after photos, which showed a clear picture of the whole job. We highly recommend them.
Great Experience at Top Trade. We had some ventilation and mold issues in our attic, but Peter came out immediately after contacting him and gave a thorough inspection. He provided some great recommendations and a clear path to get everything addressed. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Top Trade Insulation and Attic. From the moment I contacted Fiona, all was completed in a timely manor. David was quick to provide a quote and responded to any questions I had.
