I had Elias stop by for an estimate, today, and went with him primarily because he was there and I desperately needed my house cleaned. He owns the business and worked with Jean to move furniture and clean. The grout looked dark because of the dirt. He explained it was wet and would dry lighter. It did. It looks and smells clean! It's so much better! First, he threw down some "alkaline" and let it sit a while. This was the only thing that bothered me. I have nothing, but good things to say about this company. The floors look brand new. He's very responsive and prompt. No pushing or haggling. Great customer service. I would definitely hire again.
Very good company had a great experience. They came and did a sample spot check before doing the job. Then they came back and completed the job. There was a little miscommunication which the manager completely took care of which I appreciate. Would recommend this cleaning service

The company was easy to contact and scheduling an appointment was quick. Communication thereafter was prompt and the job was done efficiently. They were in and out in no time. Elias was very pleasant to talk to and so were the workers. Highly recommend!
