Very good company had a great experience. They came and did a sample spot check before doing the job. Then they came back and completed the job. There was a little miscommunication which the manager completely took care of which I appreciate. Would recommend this cleaning service
Thank you Top Touch for coming and providing your services. The carpet in our bedrooms and stairway looks great and no harsh odors. No complaints here. The company was easy to contact and scheduling an appointment was quick. Communication thereafter was prompt and the job was done efficiently. They were in and out in no time. Elias was very pleasant to talk to and so were the workers. Highly recommend!
Top touch was incredible!! We had went thru a major renovation and the floors needed a heavy cleaning! Elias and his team did such a great job that the floors looked brand new and my house smelled “clean” Elias also helped with small repairs that were result of the renovation. He works is “artistic” as u cannot see where the repair was done ..floors look like they were just installed Always ..On time with great communication and flexibility. And great prices! I saw an ad on social media and sent them a message. They responded with a reasonable quote and scheduled a date to steam our large sectional within a few days. I am extremely pleased with the results. My white sectional is two years old and needed a cleaning but did not realize how dirty it was until the steaming began! Wow, what a difference.
