So unprofessional. One time she lost a part of a Navy uniform, she found it so we gave the place another chance. I dropped of drapes & a sweatshirt to be done in 3 days. We come in and they havent even moved or been touched. We return later and she has the drapes done but not the sweater and she was FULL of excuses blaming me saying I didnt emphasize the importance of my sweater. She didnt take 8 inches off the drapes just 6 inches and left thread hanging everywhere. And ink stains everywhere on the drapes. HORRID service. D... read more
I got a bridesmaid dress taken in here. Make sure to give them PLENTY of time - I went back twice and it was not ready when I was told it would be.
