I was coerced to write the pervious review for a $300 plumbing part that Mr. Fred stated I was responsible for purchasing also that I has to pay the plumber my self when he was hired to fix the pipes in the first place.. Mr. Fred is a conniving contractor who keeps adding on tasks and pricing for more than the job is worth. Mr. Fred took 6 months to replace floors, remodel small bathroom, and fix broken pipes. Update, I enjoyed the Top To Bottom team so much that I ended up getting additional work done to my house. After receiving great quality products in my basement, I decided to move forward with additional home repairs and was not disappointed. Every process has been easy with this team. This company promptly responded to my distress call for a pipe rupture on the ground floor. They are very professional. They explained each phase of the cleanup and restoration process. Top to Bottom did a fantastic job with our situation in the basement of our house. They made sure there wasnt any mold and dried all areas that were wet from a misfunction we had with our sump pump. They were very flexible with scheduling time to come and get the work done as well! They were very clear about what was getting done and how everything is laid out in the contract. Thank you so much! Will be contacting in the future if we need additional work done!
