Didn’t finish work. We mutually agreed to cancel some work in the contract in July. He gave me several dates he would be there as he knew this house was selling as part of an estate. The timeline was critical to complete. I asked for a refund since October. I asked he drop off the lumber he claims he would have restock fees for and we call it good as I had another person to do the deck. Never happened so I am sure he never had the lumber. I had full roof replacement done, and they did a great job. They gave me a great price and cleaned up so good after the job that I can't even tell they were here. Nice guys too. I will call on them for other jobs as needed.

The price was cheap and affordable. HOWEVER, the quality was poor and the craftsmanship was lacking. Had to hire professionals to fix their mistakes. Wouldn't recommend this company. Lesson learned, don't go cheap.
