He was punctual and texting to let you know his ETA at my house. Panels looked great after cleaning. He sent before, during and after pictures of panels. Before cleaning, panels were producing 22.1-22.9 kwh/day since July 1st. After cleaning on July 8th, I am producing 25.9‐27.1 kwh/day. Never really thought cleaning would make a difference. I will definitely be using Top Tier again. Pricing was good. He was easy to pay with Venmo, Zelle, cash or check.
Working with Joey's company top tier solar panel cleaning was fantastic! He was punctual, reliable, efficient, and very professional. I hired him to clean my panels and several of my neighbors and we were all very happy. We will be using him twice a year for service. A great value and quality service! I saw a nice boost in the performance of my solar panels immediately.
We had a horrible experience at first but when I reached customer support and a young lady by the name Princess decided she wasn’t going to stop until she had our panels up and running she went over and beyond even working after hours. She sent out Emerald and Jaden to assist us. These 2 young men are the best they didn’t stop until they got our panels up and running also working overtime.. If you ever need assistance ask for them by name and you’re guaranteed to get the help you need….
