Chadd is really nice and very professional. He was finishing a job at our neighbors and I asked him to take a look at a gutter repair on our house. Not only did he fix it, but would not charge us for the repair! Who does this? Chadd at Top Tier, that’s who! Thank you, Chadd!
I have a house that's pretty far out of town so I called quite a few different gutter places to find out what they could offer considering I only needed to piece together four or five pieces of gutter. By far, Chad was the most responsive and reasonable to work with. I told him the lengths the downspout locations the colors and material that I wanted. We hired Chadd and Cole to install new gutters on a garage and replace a section over our porch. They responded quickly with a bid that was very fair and were able to fit us into their schedule at a time that worked for us. Chad and his crew were some of the best, most professional contractors I've ever worked with. They were prompt and very thorough, cleaned up even some gutters that had been left by the previous crew.
