Avoid This Place at All Costs My experience here was absolutely terrible. I had a service done by a stylist named Sadena , who had the worst attitude I’ve ever dealt with. She was rude, unprofessional, and clearly didn’t care about the quality of her work or the customer experience. After the appointment, my scalp had a horrible reaction — and my hair started falling out. I've been to Top Tier a few (3) times and never see or experience the same stylist. Each time I went the experiences have varied from great to just okay! My first style with them was great, I had two strand twist that came out amazing, I was in and out in a few hours. Second time just a was retwist and style, nothing to write home about. And third time I had chunky box braids that were curled. Although my last style was the most creative my braids were uneven and came out almost immediately after leaving.
