Top Tier handled everything involved with our claim for damages to our roof. They were courteous, professional and honest. We were kept informed constantly from the time the claim was filed until payment was made. We would highly recommend them for anyone that has significant damages that they are looking to file an insurance claim for.

Excellent communication and willingness to accommodate your schedule and availability. You want them on your side when dealing with the insurance industry! Customer service is top tier. My outcome hasn't been determined yet but I'm satisfied all efforts have been made to put the best case possible forward.
The whole process went smoothly. We didn't have to do much everything was handled for us by Top Tier and the roofing contractor. They also kept in touch with us through emails and phone calls. We highly recommend their services.
