I took out a loan from toptier and Breanna my loan officer was fantastic. I applied for the loan and the next day it was done and I was signing the paperwork. Couldn't be happier!
I will be switching banks immediately, this place is a total joke. Deposited a check, a payroll check, days ago. Called and had to be put on hold for 5 minutes, after years of absurd policy red tape to get my money I am finally done. They told me it will finally clear, on the 22nd, which will be over a week to clear, for a payroll check that you can cash ANYWHERE else. Got my debit card replaced in house took less than five minutes. And I was just told that I can get refunded from using the ATM. Great people. Very happy with them for my car loan and checking account.
