I normally don’t write reviews, but I highly recommend Top Tier Carpet cleaning. Brandon responded fastest with a fair quote and went the extra mile. He was extremely professional and removed pet urine odor/stains that has been bothering me for months. The carpet looks and smells brand new and it’s almost dry after only about an hour. There’s absolutely no way I could’ve done anything close to this myself and better job than any other carpet cleaning service I’ve ever used. Thanks Brandon!
With a new baby, I really needed the carpets in my home cleaned. Having pets, it was important that our carpets be disinfected and cleaned properly to welcome our new baby home. I came across this family owned business after trying to find a carpet cleaner in my area that could properly treat and remove a problem area from our dog and clean our carpet. They responded immediately to my inquiry, had very reasonable prices, and demonstrated care, professionalism, and attention to detail in cleaning the carpets of both my new place and my old place. An overall excellent experience.
