Just a few weeks after buying my vehicle, it began overheating and quickly developed serious mechanical issues. What should have been an exciting purchase turned into an expensive and frustrating ordeal. When I contacted the dealership, I was disappointed by the lack of communication and support. I felt like my concerns were ignored, and I was left to deal with the repairs on my own. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another vehicle from them or recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Top Tier Auto Sales was one of the worst I’ve ever had at a dealership. I made an appointment and drove 1.5 hours because the vehicle was advertised at what appeared to be a fair price. After inspecting the car, taking it for a test drive, and agreeing to purchase it for the advertised price, salesperson i believe name Slav suddenly informed me there was an additional $5,900 accessory charge that had to be added to the deal.
