Horrible don’t use this company they schedule, then no show, they don’t answer your calls. Did a new unit and have to pay thousands to another company to fix the screw up.

We were assigned working with Top Tier through our home warranty company. At first our AC would not cool and we were heading into Arizona summer. Top Tier helped diagnose and told us we need a new AC. This is when the problems started. From the first call to actual AC install it was 4 months. During those four months Top Tier strung us along with excuse after excuse about why they couldn’t install our AC. Top Tier is the best 24 hour emergency AC repair service out there. Our AC stopped working late night on a Sunday. After calling numerous companies, Top Tier was the only one that responded immediately and was at our house an hour later. They were able to accurately diagnose and resolve our issue that night. No other company even came close to this responsiveness (even the company we had a "maintenance contract" with). Thank you so much for helping us that night!!!

Froy was excellent and professional. Quickly diagnosed the issue, had the parts for replacing, and fixed our AC late on a hot night.
