I recently had a facial with Rani Kaur and was extremely disappointed. She did not wear a mask during the service, and I could feel her breath on my face, which made me very uncomfortable. There was no friendliness or basic customer service throughout the session. It felt like she was in a hurry and distracted—leaving the room multiple times to attend to other clients for threading. I walked in without an appointment. There was a customer having her threading done & another customer awaiting her turn. I sat for about 10 minutes before I was up for my brow & upper lip threading. Ms Mani was meticulous in her work. I will return to see her again. I was also hoping to have a head masaage, however 4 other customers walked in while another had been waiting for their services. I love the threading service they provide and depending whose working. Does anybody get a rash after threading done on their face? I get a BAD rash every time I get my eyebrows threaded. I been here a few times already and get a rash every time.
