The technicians do good work, and the prices are reasonable. However, I do have some concerns about hygiene practices. During my recent visit, I noticed the same dust brush being used on multiple clients without being cleaned between uses. I also ended up bleeding during my pedicure when my cuticle was trimmed. Iv been going here for more then a year, today my experience was awful, the lady with red hair who sits at the first desk near the door was so unprofessional. She kept being on her phone and stopping, also you tell her you want your nails pointy she makes the tips rounded..she did not fill the nails properly, the thumb one caved in and she didnt bother to fix it, she just put more nail polish to attempt and hide it. Just moved to Mississauga and was looking for a new salon .Top Ten Nails is a hidden gem! Helen did an amazing job on my nails and the owner was super friendly. Great prices and great service - I've already found my new go-to spot 😊
