I use to shop this store quite often. I recently was there looking for a particular bourbon. A store associate greeted me and asked if I was looking for a particular item. I said yes and told him what I was looking for. His response " not for you!". Really? That's your response? I said excuse me? And he said again " not for you!" Mind you I have spent my fair share there. I don't have cheap taste. I collect bourbon, a pricy hobby. Looks like G-Wills will get all my business!
RecommendedEvery time I have gone in there the employees have always been super nice and even help me bring my purchases out to my vehicle without me asking. Best liquor store I’ve ever been to and they have a huge selection!
Brianna Montgomery knows how to do Customer Service!! Every time i walk into the store she gives me a HUGE HUG and then we talk about my day and then she magically finds me a bottle of wine that fits my mood. This weekend I wanted warmth and she found me a delicious red wine from Croatia.
