Had Lucas here doing maintenance in our mechanical room today. He was thorough and efficient. I had many questions regarding the system and he explained what was happening in terms I could understand. This is a condo with aging issues and we are getting great service in my opinion. Would recommend this outfit any time
A few weeks ago, I awoke to find a leaking kitchen faucet. As someone who lives on the top floor of a condo complex, my concerns about this situation were amplified by the fact the leak could impact condos below mine in the stack. Not good! A call was made to Top Tech. An explanation of the problem was shared and a request for help was put forward.
