I brought a vehicle in for a pre-purchase inspection. Unfortunately, communication was very frustrating. I had to call multiple times to get answers, and on more than one occasion I felt like I was hung up on before I could finish asking my questions. I understand they were providing a free inspection, but I still expected professional communication. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t return.
