I called about my USB port and cigarette lighter not working, and before even sending me a quote, the mechanic told me it was probably just a blown fuse. That alone deserves five stars — most places won’t give you any kind of diagnosis without charging a fee. They quoted me $75 to fix it, which is fair for a shop, but I decided to check it myself first. Sure enough, it was exactly what he said: a blown fuse.
