I do not recommend anyone go to Top Tech as I feel they grossly overcharged me for a part. Although this shop was legally in the right to charge me the $250.92 NAPA recommended list price for the new MAF sensor AF10140 that they purchased for approximately $120, they could have decided that the list price markup of 52% wasn't fair and only charged me a markup of 20-30%. I don't know if it standard practice to sell parts at more than 50% markup at Top Tech but in my case that is what happened and I would not recommend anyone ... read more
Outstanding establishment! Drove from Traverse City to get my work done here. These guys are professional and honest. The quality of work is undbeatable and more than fair. Will be recommending this place to all of my friends! Fantastic place to receive great work and leave feeling like you made the right choice and like you never left home. Nothing but great experiences here! Always professional, always takes good care of us. Own a business and they are very sensitive about getting our truck back out on the road quickly. Love this place!!
They charge alot more than what you think on parts i mean alot same on labor Front Rotors coast them \$56 for two they charge me \$120. front Calipers coast them \$58 they charge me \$120 Ok they charge me \$50 for two front brack pads (this price is for the cheape pads) my bill was \$438 . I will never deal with them at all. Service it is below ok they are not the best . There are alot others with better service and prices AND DON T OVER CHARGE ON PARTS.
