In quite confused by the rating of this establishment, the pictures, and the food I received. We ordered $60 worth of food and it’s not only not visually appetizing but has no flavor. It tastes sad. I have had better sushi at Dierbergs. The rice does not seem to have had any rice wine vinegar, or anything added to it. Just white mush. I’m confused why the tuna is brown and looks like cat food? Amazing flavors! We went two days this week! Beef and chicken Bibimbop were the best we have ever had! Lots of veggies, sauce and rice. Second trip was sushi and rangoons and they were freshly made and great. So glad we have found this restaurant!
Women working at the counter is extremely rude. The business allows online orders for pickup to be placed through Uber Eats but when you arrive the order is not there. I was willing to place my order in person and suggested they remove that feature so people don’t arrive and get upset. The woman ignored me and when I repeated myself informed me it was my fault and I should have realized before I arrived they didn’t fulfill the order. I will never patronize this business.
