Buyers beware of TOP-STONE!!!!!! A few months ago I purchased 2 granite fountains from Top Stone in Arizona at a very high price. Top Stone then purchases fountains from a company in China that I'm familiar with and could have purchase direct, but I decided to use Top Stone to make things easier and facilitate shipment and I was willing to pay a big premium for it. Do not order from this company. Fountain came very damaged. They promised to file claim with UPS and repair damage. Never did anything. I had to deal with UPS on my own. Denied because they said Too Stone needed to submit claim. I had to pay for $1200 repairs and they are not lasting. So disappointed. I’m considering taking them to smalls claims.
Beware they will take you money and not deliver. They have filed bankruptcy in Tucson, AZ and have taken over $450,000 from consumers
Order came in 6 months late. I wish I had done my research on this company to see this is not an isolated incident it looks like I am purely lucky to even receive my fountain after some of the stories I've read. Concrete company had to come out and fix the structure twice now since it was made with inferior products in China and not reinforced at the factory.
