I used to be a construction worker and I built houses so I knew what to look for And quickly found out that they were unlicensed and did not know what they were doing Half way into the project. Re-did the whole shower in our bathroom. We’ve also used them for gutters. They did did a great job with our bathroom. We had leaking problems and had to redo our whole bath and redo a lot of tile. Even when we had a problem, They fixed it without complaint. Definitely a great contractor.

Company doesn't care to impress customers. They hire unlicensed sub contractors and because of that they have many failed inspections. If they say your project will take 3 months then it will really take more like 8 months. they left halfway into our project and I now have to redo the electrical, plumbing and HVAC due to them not hiring licensed people of those trades. It's costing me way much more than it should've been.

This is by far the worst experience that my family has had with renovating our home. We hired TopStar for a complete home renovation in early January 2016. The house is only about halfway completed and they are asking for more money for many things that were already covered for in the original contract and original price that was agreed upon.
