I went to this salon because a friend recommended it, but I honestly can’t believe how bad the service was. I wanted a specific nail design and brought photos as a reference. A guy welcomed me and asked me to choose the colours. I asked if he could please help me because I wasn’t sure how the effect from the photo was achieved, and I asked if he could choose the shades so it would look as similar as possible. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I got Gel-X extensions, and I’m so happy with both the color and the overall result. They look amazing and feel so comfortable. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back!
Very poor service. 25minutes late for appointment. Completed my booked 45minute luxury pedicure in less than 15minutes. Terrible communication. Now need to book for a pedicure elsewhere as it was a waist of time and money. Will not go back.
