Great ideas but too many technical problems. The video simulation flat out did not work. 2 employees tried to make it work and we ended up just moving on to the next room. No refund was offered or alternative experience. Big minus on customer service. The managers or owner tweets super friendly when we walked in and even got my girlfriend to buy another package.
