We had them work on our car and as soon as we got it back the temperature gauge no longer worked. It was perfectly fine when we took it in. We called right away and told them and they set up an appointment to bring it in. Now they said they want $250 to diagnose the problem when they were the ones who caused the problem! What a racket! Beware of these scammers! Apparently they will damage your car and then charge you to fix it. We are furious! Do not take your car here unless you like being ripped off!
Worst brake repair in my life. Will never go there again. Bad treatment, bad work. Mentioned it to a consultant coworker, Bob H., we are both engineers, he had same horrible results. Search for one star results, you will find horror stories. Do not recommend these owners.

Recommendedso happy with this shop! We use them as much as we need to -- and with such great maintenance, this is not often. I saw another reviewer say "I'd trust them with my firstborn..." - same here. in fact we did - both our kids have driven and owned cars cared for by Top Shop.
Really happy with their service. Daughters' car broke down while she attends UCSB and we are 8 hours away. They were extremely professional and in constant contact , very detailed with analysis, presented options to save money, fixed some things on their own for free and repaired the problem under their original estimate! Totally recommend this business!

Awesome business! I totally recommend them! I was stranded just north of Santa Barbara. The tow truck recommended Top Shop and I'm glad he did. They have cameras watching the cars that are dropped off and I felt that my car would be safe. I dropped my keys into their drop slot and went to a hotel. After they opened on Monday, they called to let me know that there was a Kia recall that I may need. I felt that this showed their honest and professional nature.
