Kept canceling and rescheduling my hair appointments, on day of appointment said her back hurt so she couldn’t do my hair I rescheduled somewhere else.
Was scheduled to have a cut n perm, showed up for my appt, place was closed. Waited 30 min, no one came. No call to let me know appt couldn't be kept! My schedule is super busy, so this was a huge disappointment and inconvenience. Not a way to do business or keep clients. Not happy!!
