Area between middle seat was not vacuumed, and front windows was not fully cleaned. I paid for the premium service at $44.00 Not the happiest customer
I’m done with this business. More often than not after paying for the expensive service I go home and actually clean my interior. Just got out of there and dash board, door panels, and center console is still covered in dust, obviously untouched. Save your money. No attention to detail. I miss Top Shine.
Unprofessional management trying to steal money, I went to the Gainesville location in winter season for car wash they offered me two months promotion $18 for two months. But unfortunately they charged me as well for next month. When I contacted them they said, we don’t have the refund policy. We can cancel your policy not refund,
“washed” is a subjective term for these children. $20 for the tunnel wash and if you claim it didn’t wash your car.. they’ll do a whole treatment without telling you it’s going to cost you extra. I believe the teenager said “I was hoping my manager would tell you” after they finished. Great scheming guys! $66 car wash and this place is a joke.
