Went in today 8/31/25 expecting go get the full service since I have the membership, was a line so long that even the wash had to be stopped in order to get the line to get interior car cleaning back up cleared. Was a complete failure today. I ended up going out the exit area,to just get the car wiped down and tire shine. When I got home I had to actually redo it because if spots that had dried and never wiped. Tires looked as if never treated. Whst a total disappointment. Rethinking my membership!!!
Poor management and communication skills. Slow service and mediocre quality car wash.
Trashes were still inside and the doors were not cleaned i could still see the stains on door panel after the wash. The cars front of me were cleaned so well. They took their time to clean them. A long line was after me so they probably rushed to clean mine because the platform was stable while i was waiting for others to be cleaned and as soon as my car entered, the platform started moving and it took 30 seconds for my car. Amazing, great quality.
The Flagship's minimum detailing package was exceptional. My vehicles were left in pristine condition, with a thorough wash and interior service that restored their appearance to new! I particularly appreciated the absence of any unnecessary product upsells. They have a fantastic management team in place. I'm going to return for future services.
