Very let down. I am upset to see how poor the effort was with my truck today. I spent upwards of 50$ to get nothing short of what I could have done at home. The tires were still dirty and smudged and interior was still dusty the cup holders where still dirty. I am so upset that this is how my car was treated. I even hold a membership for one of my other vehicles which I am thinking of canceling now because of this poor service is just pure laziness to not pick up trash and fully vacuum the carpet. Place shouldn’t even be open is how poor the service was. $25 for the wash an it was the biggest joke of a wash I ever seen in my life. An the two guys that so so wiped it down was a joke. Will NEVER come back
Quality of Service has gone down hill since Flagship took over this carwash location especially for the amount of money ($74/mo). It appears a huge turnover in attendants. I don't if they were properly trained. My last visit, The team inside spent more time chatting then tending to properly cleaning inside the car. This visit, The team on the outside half-dried my car where i had to get out dry my car. My windows had water spots.
Not fond of this location. Didn't do a good job of wiping the car down. And the part they did it was streaked.
Service at the Route 29 Gainesville Flagship has gone downhill compared to other locations. I pay $39.99/month for the Deluxe Exterior, yet my car is never dried properly, doors aren’t wiped, and I often leave with water spots. Staff give me a hard time about using the lane, and their attitude makes customers feel uncomfortable.
