This company's services are unsatisfactory. I encountered an issue during a basic car wash where the machine failed to perform the wash, rinse, or dry cycles. Upon requesting a refund, I was informed that refunds are not issued, and instead, a complimentary wash was offered. Given the prior experience, I am disinclined to utilize their services again. My attempt to contact "corporate" also proved unhelpful, as no resolution, apology, or further assistance was provided.
I mean what’s the point of paying and tipping if you end up having to wipe it yourself anyway? Its pretty much the same condition coming here. Might as well just do it on your own. Save your time and go somewhere else this place has really gone downhill. they don’t even wash the mats anymore, which they used to now its a thing in the past.
Failed to do any actual carpet cleaning with the flagship cleaning bundle. My spouse had spilled some coffee with milk into the front passenger carpet and floor mat. I spoke to someone there about this and they let me go through the interior cleaning line again and they even told cleaners there to focus on it and they didn't. Both the mat and carpet were still soaked and smelled of coffee. And I ended up just having to go home and clean it my self. It’s really sad to see how much this place keeps getting worse with time.
Just went to flagship to wash my work car. The attendant at the front, she was very kind and helpful. My car is spotless, the service was quick too!
