John was amazing, he provided expert, detailed advice on the automatic transmission issues I was having. Will definitely head back there if I have issues in the future. Highly recommended
I had a fantastic experience with Top Shift Automatics. After my CVT transmission broke, John offered by far the best price for a reco. Many other places tried to sell me a rip off deal, whereas John certainly let his work speak for itself. It has been a couple months after this major work and my car is still running better than ever.

I like John’s firm, confident approach without overstatement or overconfidence. Also achieving what they set out to do, and give that as their target, or objective; not a promise they may then have to break (ie.reality). John is spot on with his diagnosis, and has a calm professional approach.
