They were efficient and very easy to deal with.
I like John’s firm, confident approach without overstatement or overconfidence. Also achieving what they set out to do, and give that as their target, or objective; not a promise they may then have to break (ie.reality). John is spot on with his diagnosis, and has a calm professional approach.
John went above and beyond in helping us to get our car on the road after it broke down, so that we could get back to Ocean Grove. He gave a detailed report so that we could follow up when we got home. So grateful to him and his staff.
I eventually didn't get my car fixed because the costs were too high for the age of the car, but I really appreciated the honesty and the very friendly service I got. Will definitely come here if my new car is having issues
Top Shift Automatics did a fantastic job completing the RWC for my vehicle. They were able to fit me in last minute before Christmas and patiently answered all my questions! They worked with me to arrange a time that worked with me and kept in contact with progress. RWC completed within 24h. Can't recommend them enough.
