I used Top Shelf Transportation for my sister's bachelorette and couldn't have had a better experience. The owner, Dawn, was a pleasure to work with and provided recommendations specific to our group and vibe. Our driver, Bic, was also wonderful! He was fun, kind and professional throughout the tour. He was also flexible and knowledgeable about the area - When we let him know that we wanted to go somewhere a bit more lively w/ music for our last stop, he knew just the place, truly making my sister's night!
We rented this vehicle for our wedding night send off. A week prior to our wedding, we were unable to reach Dawn the owner of Top Shelf her number was disconnected. She stated that due to COVID she had not paid her bills. She was not professional enough to even reach out to anyone to explain this situation and we did not have time to find another transportation vendor at such short notice. I gave my husband a wine tour in Charlottesville as a gift.
