We’ve been using Top Shelf for 4 years and have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. They are prompt to reply to questions and have always provided a great service.
We rented a couple of units about a year ago. Initial rental was easy and we’ve never had a problem accessing our units. We moved out of one unit and that process was quick and easy as well. The price has remained constant throughout the months which is something we did not experience with other storage facilities. Also very clean and well kept. 100% positive experience.
Top Shelf storage is indeed top shelf. This facility is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable too.
I have been using this place for a year now. No problem so far . They don’t continuously raise the rate like most places.
