I had surgery on March 4, 2025 for rotator cuff repair. I was told that I was gonna be put into a Donjoy sling but instead I ended up in a top shelf orthopedic sling with the proliance name on it. This is not a review of the quality of their products. They are a subsidiary of Pacific Medical who charges exorbitant prices for these products to the insurance companies and customers who use these products. I would prefer to buy direct from Top Shelf Ortho than to have a middle man who marks up the product times ten.

Cheap products at top dollar with their own personal late fees. Opt to just buy your own products on Amazon or somewhere with quality.
