Kyle Coulter, the product manager, was incredibly kind and scheduled a teams call with me to assist with fit and adjustments to the brace. Very appreciative for the help and time, he reached out so quickly, I expected to wait longer since I submitted my request over the weekend. Pricing is always a frustration with the American Medical system, but I'm thankful that Kyle clearly cares about good outcomes for those who have to use the products they produce and provide.
I had surgery on March 4, 2025 for rotator cuff repair. I was told that I was gonna be put into a Donjoy sling but instead I ended up in a top shelf orthopedic sling with the proliance name on it. I have Velcro sticking in the back of my neck, Velcro, sticking in the side of my neck, two different areas where the Velcro comes together on the shoulder strap the shoulder strap runs along the backside and literally runs down the back of the shoulder that was operated on and connect to this sling there’s nothing that can stabili... read more
