I bought a kitchen from them about 10 years and was happy with it for a few years but the painted finish is not that tough as well the drawer slides have all worn out and the drawers will not close on their own and are all at various stages of closed. But that's not why I have rated them a two star. It turned out that RTA wasn't the best fit for me, but Kirk's responsiveness and attention to detail were sterling. A very organized and customer-focused company!
I worked with Kirk and Jeremy both from Top Shelf Cabinets they were very professional and quick. the were very affordable and the quality is excellent. We love our new kitchen. When we found out we were short 1 piece - Kirk ordered the missing piece right away without hassle and had it within a week.
