I give a 1 star because he showed to measure. Told us he'd get back to us with idea and quote within a week. No call , no email , nothing ! Its been 5 weeks I believe , still waiting. (Well, not really)
I bought a kitchen from them about 10 years and was happy with it for a few years but the painted finish is not that tough as well the drawer slides have all worn out and the drawers will not close on their own and are all at various stages of closed. But that's not why I have rated them a two star. A couple of years ago I sent a few emails to ask questions about how I would about getting new drawer slides that would fit the cabinet without drilling new holes etc and never got any response.
