It turned out that RTA wasn't the best fit for me, but Kirk's responsiveness and attention to detail were sterling. A very organized and customer-focused company!
I worked with Kirk and Jeremy both from Top Shelf Cabinets they were very professional and quick. the were very affordable and the quality is excellent. We love our new kitchen. When we found out we were short 1 piece - Kirk ordered the missing piece right away without hassle and had it within a week.
