We bought our HydroHoist boat lift from Top Shelf Boat lifts about five or six years ago. We’ve never had to have any work done to it, but this summer we found when we came down for an extended vacation that the lift would not lift the boat back out of the water after we put it in. I called for service. They said it would be almost a week due to the volume of calls they had received. I told him I understood and we would be around if they could get to us sooner. Excellent service Quick, fair and friendly
They adjusted my lift to fit my boat, great service and their technicians answered all my questions.
We were getting a new boat and needed a lift adjusted within a week. They were able to do it and did a great job.
Had Top Shelf relocate my lift for me Matt and Nathen were absolutely amazing they answered any questions I had they also helped the crew that removed the old lift for they forgot some tools to finish the job i highly recommend top Shelf if you need any dock or lift needs very professional if I need them again I want Matt and Nathan great work guys
