We bought our HydroHoist boat lift from Top Shelf Boat lifts about five or six years ago. We’ve never had to have any work done to it, but this summer we found when we came down for an extended vacation that the lift would not lift the boat back out of the water after we put it in. I called for service. They said it would be almost a week due to the volume of calls they had received. I told him I understood and we would be around if they could get to us sooner.
