Judea and the team continue to provide top tier service. Boat lifts can take a beating on TBRL. While the overall quality of the lift and install is outstanding, they are not immune to occasional issues. When needed, the team responds quickly and get my lift(s) back in service quickly. The office staff Judea and Stacy were very helpful and informative, answered questions regarding the boat lifts, size, etc. They had everything organized, the installer's Zach and Matt were prompt and professional, removed the old lift and installed a lift all within 45 mins from beginning to end. Zach and Matt were friendly, answered our questions and concerns. We would definitely call on Hydrohoist for our lift needs in the future. Mai & Frank

The sales staff was welcoming and gave us a good trade on our existing lift. The installation crew was efficient, friendly and made sure we were totally satisfied and answered all questions before they left. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new boat lift. Very happy with our purchase!
