Called top shelf wanting quote for new unit to raise lift talked to zack told me new unit will run 1200 to 1300 dollars I specifically asked how much for installation he said serv fee 65.00 so im thinking under 1500 with tax so Im thinking a little high but go ahead .4 days later they install it .Couple days later I get a invoice a little over 1900.00 so I called and told them what I was qouted and said I will pay them what was qouted but no more or they can come and get it zack had to talk to his boss 2 days later Im told t... read more

I would give a five star review based on the work performed and the ease of business. However the billed amount was 4 times the quoted amount. I spoke with them on the phone and they claim that was for labor only. Either Way they were not clear on the quote. Make sure you get an accurate quote before moving forward.

Friday morning on a holiday weekend… lift was not going down as designed because we did an alteration to our dock. About an hour after my phone call to the Top Shelf office, Matt and Dalton showed up and saved the weekend.
