In our 25th year of personal training, TopShape and its trainers have fulfilled thousands of clients' fitness goals. This inclusive, spacious fitness studio in Centretown West specializes in 1-on-1, semi-private and group training. Our programs include state of the art fitness evaluations, weight management, rehab and clinical exercise. TopShape works with special populations and has an exclusive PARE/PREP program for police and first responder preparedness.

Pete is phenomenal both inside and outside of the gym! Great experience.
I live in the always “limited parking” apartment across the street, and I would kindly ask the administrator of this building open up their parking lot and start an over-night paid parking business (Their parking lot always empty at night). Even though I am leaving Ottawa soon, but I would recommend sharing the location with the community that I lived for a while, that can really make the neighborhood become more welcoming and accessible.
