I just came across my file from when I used this company to rent my properties. In my files I have documentation that he doctored agreements and actually rented my condos and charged additional (not agreed upon) fees for more than what he told me he accepted. This of course seems to be fraud... but I'm guessing he counted on it being a hassle to file a complaint. Not to mention the aggravation. I've been needing to write a review of my experience with Ryan Dame. I rented the place for few months. He made me pay deposit for electric of $400 and monthly price of rental $1400. The place was very dirty can beer cans underneath beds. Not to mention my dog died from black widow staying at the condo. Which is why there has been a delay in writing a review. When I left I asked him for picture of electric bill which he never gave me. After I reported him to PayPal he gave me $153 of my $400 deposit. I wish I never would of ... read more
Highly recommend if you want a spacious and luxurious vacation rental. I'm sure your family will have as much fun as we did
Great suites for a great price. I enjoyed staying here and If I ever need a place in the area I'll be back for sure.
