The doctor I saw was terrible. I went in asking for a script and I literally had to explain to him how to prescribe it to me because he didn’t know how. He then told me there was another medication people would usually take for this health issue, but refused to actually give me any information on this medication that was apparently cheaper and more effective? I asked what it was and what the difference was - since I am not a doctor so obviously I wouldn’t know but he told me not to worry and just take whatever I normally do?... read more
The worst medical centre I've ever met! If I had the option, I would give zero rate! They give you an appointment, when you get there, you should wait at least 2 hours to see the doctor. I am particularly referring to Dr Jalila's appointments. Schedule your time in a way not to have anything to do after your appointment as you probably get exhausted after the long hours of waiting!

I have been going to this medical centre for the past 23 years! Love their services and Dr.Heidery, Daizy the receptionist! And the laverty pathologist long time servicing nurse!
Honestly, the doctors are great at this clinic and I have been attending this practice as my family doctor for many years. The receptionists however, are extremely rude and this leads to this review. I called up to see if there are any available doctors to remove some stiches following an existing minor procedure completed at the medical centre. I had to repeat myself in terms of the ask, be told that there are "no doctors available" in an attitude that showed no empathy or care for the patient. Being disrespected in such a ... read more
