I’m very unhappy about their service! Both receptionist and doctor are rude, especially the Indian receptionist ( worked on Sunday 31 Aug) who speaks so fast with her accent, I had to ask her repeat what she said all the time! The doctor doesn’t sounds knowledgeable, professional and experienced to me either ! I had to wait long time for every of my visiting even I booked the time! Which is very unorganised! I had a really disappointing experience at this clinic. I came in genuinely unwell, but the doctor was extremely rude and dismissive the entire time. Rather than listening to my symptoms, they made me feel as though I was wasting their time. I left feeling uncomfortable and not properly cared for. Going to the doctor when you’re sick should be supportive, not stressful. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place to others based on how I was treated.

I have never encountered a doctor as rude, impatient and unknowledgeable as Dr. Joe Huang. The bulk billing is simply not worth the poor treatment you receive. He was extremely unprofessional and seemed more focused on rushing me out than providing proper care. I saw him for pregnancy-related guidance and unfortunately it was a frustrating experience from the start. At just 9 weeks, he criticized me for being ‘so late with seeing a GP’ and referred me for the wrong type of ultrasound not once but twice. He also struggled to ... read more
