Girls at the counter weren't very professional, but 5 stars to the Dr that seen me and helped me with my condition
one of the worst medical centres, i’ve been coming here since i was a child and they haven’t updated their system. they’re still operating like we’re in the 1800’s, the doctors don’t know what they’re talking about and don’t even explain anything. you have to constantly chase up for your own referral and explain to them that you can’t physically pick it up a million times. they don’t do emails…. or even explain to you why they can’t cater for it. what’s the point of over the phone consultation? on top of that, there’s a rece... read more
The doctor I saw was terrible. I went in asking for a script and I literally had to explain to him how to prescribe it to me because he didn’t know how. He then told me there was another medication people would usually take for this health issue, but refused to actually give me any information on this medication that was apparently cheaper and more effective? I asked what it was and what the difference was - since I am not a doctor so obviously I wouldn’t know but he told me not to worry and just take whatever I normally do?... read more
