I called to make an appointment and the girl that pick up my call was being rude and hang up the phone because she couldn’t hear what I say about date of birth. I have to call again to make an appointment, you are medical care and is this how you treat people? Please train your reception again how to handle the call with manners
They don’t allow patients to re-schedule appointments without charging a $30 fee, this place is a joke
