I made the mistake of recommending them to a client of mine and it went terrible. Shortly after hiring Top Roofers to replace the roof, there was a rainstorm and the third floor AND second floor were completely saturated. Jacob called me and apologized and said they were going to “make it right” which has proven to be all talk. They put on a great show and sales pitch, but once you hire them they just sub out the work to whatever crew will take the job. It’s inconsistent workmanship. Working with Top Roofers is the worst decision I ever made. These guys will sub your job out to a random crew that they’ve never worked with before. They don’t supervise the subs or inspect the quality of the work. My roof leaked immediately and flooded my building. Tens of thousands of dollars of damage. Currently fighting with their insurance. It’s a nightmare. Avoid at all costs.
