Please, DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY As a new home seller, I fell for the co-owner Sonia's calm, polite demeanor instead of following my instincts. She speaks calmly and politely to you but I learned the hard way that she really has no interest in working hard for her client- all she wants is her commission. Apparently they call people like her dinosaurs in the real estate world from what I hear because their methods, knowledge of the market are all inaccurate and outdated.
