I have also taken services from them after attending the seminar, paying high upfront fees. But after that all the burden was on my head. They just shared the link to create profile on job bank. Never shared password to my express entry profile in first 2 years. Shared an android app to myself monitor any PNP opening. and rarely available to assist in filling the forms.
